Job Description:

The right person will provide EXCELLENT customer service. This ideal person will be responsible for providing in-person, hands-on care to our clients and may be promoted to serve as team lead for caregivers.

Job Duties Include:
CAREGIVERS:

Companionship and respite care.
Light housekeeping (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, dishes, laundry, cleaning/tidying of general areas (kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, living area) and similar tasks).
Personal Care (assisting clients with bathing safely, dressing, toileting, ambulating, repositioning, etc.)
Communication (engaging with client, clear communication with supervisor.)
Errands (grocery shopping, laundry, etc.)

NURSES (RN/LPN/GN):

In-Home Nursing Visits (around your schedule) or Short Shifts.
Medication Management, Nursing Assessments, Aide Oversight/Monitoring Visits.
Conduct Case Openings and Client Meet and Greets
Training Staff on Various Skills or Quarterly In-services
Create your own job description and your own schedule.

Cases Available with NO LIFTING or TRANSFERING!!

Be able to pass a background screening.
